My head hurts today. I am bloated. I am tired. But, surprisingly enough, I am not hungry.
I made homemade Avanti's bread and homemade pizza bread for dinner. That filled me up. Plus I bought lots of Benefiber and some Fiber Plus tablets that make you feel full after you take them. They must balloon in your stomach giving it a false-filled feeling.
Unfortunately the side effect to one of them is, shall we say, less than pleasant. Oh, I don't rush to the bathroom in a mad dash to relieve myself.... quite the contrary. I wish I could relieve myself and the excess 10 lbs I seem to be carrying. No, it has to do with the release of a stench so powerful, you would swear our house was infested with more than just teenage boys. Very powerful odors....
I didn't do too bad today, considering my headache is borderline migraine.
Tomorrow will be better.
